01OVERVIEW
CHALLENGE
Meridian's products shared a visual style but behaved differently: the same action could save, submit, or do nothing depending on the screen.
APPROACH
We observed real sessions, catalogued every interaction state, and wrote the behavior down as a model with patterns, rules, and test cases teams could apply.
OUTCOME
Products now behave consistently, users recover from errors faster, and teams resolve interaction debates by pointing at the model.
