01OVERVIEW
CHALLENGE
Each product team specified finishes and rendered materials its own way, so the same surface looked different on screen, in print, and on the product itself.
APPROACH
We catalogued every material by its function, measured how it behaves under light and wear, and encoded the results as one shared specification and shader set.
OUTCOME
Surfaces now match from render to product, review cycles are shorter, and new materials enter the system with measured behavior attached.
